Meadowbrook Days
★★★★☆ 4.2
Meadowbrook Days is cozy to its core. You plant, fish, befriend villagers, and slowly fix up a run-down valley at whatever pace you like. There are no timers rushing you, which is rare and welcome.
The crafting chains are deep enough to keep long-term goals alive, and the villagers have little story arcs that unfold as you give them attention. Tap controls are tidy and the menus don't overwhelm.
It's a slow burn, so if you want action this isn't it, but as a wind-down game it's lovely.
What we liked
