About
Pixel Trek started as a group chat where four friends kept arguing about which mobile RPG deserved a second week of attention. We got tired of trusting store ratings that never told us whether the combat got repetitive, so we began writing things down and the notes turned into a site.,Everything here comes from real play sessions. Nobody on the team reviews a game they haven't finished a proper chunk of, and we keep our phones (not emulators) to see how battery, touch controls, and loading really behave.,We pick games by chasing whatever looks interesting that month: a new ARPG, a tactics title, a cozy adventure. Genre variety matters to us, so we try not to stack the catalogue with ten copies of the same loop.,If a game bores us halfway through, we say so. Being a small independent crew means we answer to readers and nobody else, and that's the whole point.
Lukas Feldmann — Lukas has been playing handheld and mobile RPGs since the first Game Boy and now leads the editorial team. He writes most of the long-form combat breakdowns.
